The experience of oneness is the overall aim of yoga, though each yoga practice has its purpose, methods, and results. Join Ken Nelson and Lesli Lang to examine the 4 Aims of Yoga – the inquiry into right relationship with Self, Other, Life, and Spirit. Ask and answer the questions your life is posing to you. What are your questions? What has life entrusted to you? Explore writing as a tool of Self-discovery using yoga tools to get past the usual distracted mind and beyond the internal critic.

Return to the playful innocence of words. There’s a writer in each of us. Sometimes you don’t know your mind and heart ‘til you write it down.

You’ll take home:

  • poems
  • reflections
  • journaling ideas
  • and ways to tune in to the refuge of Self that awaits you for the rest of your life.
