More About Us

Lesli and Ken teach together often as a team. Seamless interweaving of instruction and suggestions for adapting postures and techniques offers a variety of ways to enjoy postures and methods in yoga and bodywork. Since Ken and Lesli have different body types and ranges of motion, they are models of what you can do as a practitioner of the healing arts.

As a healing arts therapist, Ken has studied with the modern masters of yoga, meditation, Thai massage and Shiatsu. His work is informed by his long association with Kripalu yoga and by his principal teacher, RIchard Miller, with whom he has studied since 1996.

Ken is one of the most popular presenters at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, where he has taught since 1997. He has been a director of the Kripalu School of Massage since 2002, and teaches on  the Yoga and Meditation faculty, as well as the Kripalu Retreat and Renewal and Healthy Living programs. He has consulted with the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and teaches components of the 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training.

Ken has taught worldwide since 1975 as an experiential educator and teacher trainer in facilitating holistic workshops. Mentor, poet, former Fulbright lecturer and Kripalu Scholar-in-Residence, Ken is writing a guide to creating powerful experiential workshops.

His students acknowledge his commitment to creating a genuine healing and learning community founded in safety and respect for the transformational process.

Ken offers private sessions at his studio three minutes from Kripalu. He is available to offer talks, presentations, retreats and trainings worldwide.
